Women of Steel Fitness Classes - A boot camp class for your body and soul!

Our classes are designed specifically for women by women. Our focus is on including ALL women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels to join us for an hour of fitness and fun. You work to your own pace during the class and different exercise options are given depending on your fitness level.  We want you to work hard, have fun and celebrate the strength and energy your body has.

NO MEN!
This means you get to feel comfortable and exercise in an environment specifically for women.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME - work at your own pace and build your fitness gradually each week.

FUN - all of our classes feel both challenging and fun, more exciting and motivating then the gym.

VALUE - Get great results without paying the price of a personal trainer, our classes offer great value for money.

VARIETY - Our classes offer exercises based on a range of fitness principals including:
  • Body Conditioning
  • Yoga
  • Circuits
  • Pilates
  • Power Walking or Jogging

Class Types:


Boxercise: Learn how to jab, upper cut and cross punch your way to fitness. A great class to tone you up all over and help relieve stress. This class is hugely popular and numbers are strictly limited due to the number of boxing gloves available. So don't delay book your place today.

Holistic Balance: An exercise class that uses techniques from yoga, pilates and tai chi.  This class will help to lengthen and strengthen  your body whilst focusing your mind.  It will surprise you what a fantastic workout you will get from this class. You will need to bring your own yoga mat with you. If you are looking to re-balance your body & mind give this class a try.

Boot Camp: an intensive one hour class where a small group of up to 6 ladies will train with the trainer. During this intensive class you will skip, run, jump and push your way to better fitness. The majority of the class uses body weight exercises and core work to give you that extra "push". This class is very intensive and you must apply to become a member of this elite workout.

Class Costs

There are NO Join Fees for our WOMEN OF STEEL CLASSES. You just simply pay the class fee of £10 per session!
