No refunds will be given on joining fees.  No refunds will be given on class purchases, with the exception that if you signed up for classes held at a specific location, time and day, and we no longer offer that location, time and day, you will be offered a refund if you do not wish to sign up for an alternate class.  No refunds will be given for lost or unused class tickets.  No refunds will be provided for unused Personal Training Sessions.
